AgentMatch provides a free matching service that connects homebuyers and sellers with real estate agents across Canada. Our platform uses quiz responses and proprietary algorithms to suggest suitable agent matches.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when using our quiz and contact forms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities under your account.

No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide quality agent matches, AgentMatch does not guarantee any particular outcome from agent interactions. The decision to work with any matched agent is entirely yours.

Limitation of Liability

AgentMatch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or interactions with matched agents.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
